Ms. Port advises clients on the legislative framework applicable to their projects, permitting requirements, and environmental assessments. She has experience in the transportation and disposal of hazardous materials, contaminated land and undertakings in wetlands and watercourses. She also advises on prevention and management of stakeholder concerns.
She carries out environmental due diligence verifications and advises on environmental responsibility risks.
Before joining the firm, she practiced civil litigation before the Quebec Court and Superior Court.

She identifies required environmental permits and assists in obtaining those permits or their transfer.

Elle a également donné des avis sur l’applicabilité des lois compte tenu de la séparation constitutionnelle des pouvoirs.
